OUR TEAM
Our operations team comprises of well experienced and pro-active personnel under strict quality control systems with full guidance and support from the partners who are the Directors. Through this set up we put in place a network with other equally QUALITY conscious partners to provide you with services in Mombasa - Kenya; Arusha - Tanzania and Kampala – Uganda. Thus we provide the perfect setting for repeat business to all our principals and agents.

OUR TRANSPORT
We provide transport in our custom built 6 - 7 seater Safari micro buses, 7 seater 4x4 Land cruisers/Landrovers, 24 Seater Coaches and Saloon cars dully fitted with two - way UHF radio communication. The Micro buses, Landcruisers/Landrovers are all fitted with a “pop up” roof offering the best views for photography and video shoots on game drives, cooler boxes for your drinks en-route, large sliding windows for the avid photographer, a reinforced suspension system for the rugged African terrain and a high ground clearance. Our vehicles are maintained in their top most condition as your comfort is paramount to our service standards and our TOP PRIORITY. All our Driver/Guides and every member of our team carry a mobile cell-phone for close contact and prompt responses.

OUR RECEPTION & FACILITATION
Our airport service in both check-in; arrivals, transit and transfers is unsurpassed and to this we ensure that guests are not kept waiting or even stranded at the airport through our airport liaison desk. We also provide meet, greet, assist and facilitate services for other out-stationed operators which include but not limited to hotel transfers, flight connections, luggage and parcel deliveries among other services. All these are pro-actively coordinated through our Airport Liaison Desk.

We have over the years centralized our Global Incentive Travel to our Product Development team to foster close monitoring and world class service to the deserving corporate partners. This team continue to tirelessly select “special venues” with special themes globally, where we can organize occasions from champagne breakfasts to black tie dinners, award ceremonies or gala nights in the middle of the african bush or at palaces atop lakes all done specially for our clients and exclusive to us.
